Key Outputs

  • Produce BA artefacts, when required
  • Create use cases, flow/context diagrams as well as Business Case and Requirement analysis documentation for projects and changes allocated
  • Document business processes, functional and non-functional requirement (if applicable)
  • Stakeholder management – liaison with key business-unit’s representatives to review system requirements and verify that solutions are implemented according to requirements; customers; service providers; industry representatives; and external product suppliers.
  • Manage analysis sessions to ensure appropriate input, and subsequent sign-off of BA deliverables.
  • Co-ordinate UAT testing with business and external vendors.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation through developing a hands-on understanding of Business Unit and Functional Department needs and requirements

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or B Tech in Information Technology

  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst or process engineer
