• To optimise the financial and operational performance of the CVA site through effective management of people, customers, requirements and resources.

• Implementation and maintenance of equipment management processes and associated risk of Barloworld Equipment and our customers.

• Achievement of a team environment that enables maximum productivity and profitability includes management of Human Resource Value chain.

• Effective management of safety, health, environment and quality risks.

• Managing of all the planning departments outputs.

• Will have to carry a legal appointment 2.6.1

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

• Matric, Trade Certificate and B Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) Diploma/Degree will be advantageous

• Engineering and project management Diploma advantageous.

• Business development skills and knowledge

• Knowledge of Safety and MHSA requirements.

• Sound business and financial acumen and Knowledge of safety rules and regulations

• Computer literate (MS office) CRM, SAP will be an advantage

• Understanding of the internal functions of the business

• Mechanical and Electrical reasoning, knowledge of earthmoving equipment and industry

• HMS experience will be advantageous, Customer responsiveness, influence and negotiating skills

• Results orientated, available to travel as and when required.

• Understanding of OEM warranty processes
