  • Reliability monitoring of applicable mobile fleets
  • Trend performance of fleets across sites, regions and countries
  • Develop appropriate mitigation and rectification action plans
  • Liaise with customer, operations and LoB, to develop plans
  • Assist with onsite implementing of approved action, monitor progress and results
  • Liaise with CAT where necessary
  • Escalate issues where appropriate
  • Lower overall owning and operating costs
  • Drive customer satisfaction
  • Drive continuous improvement on priority sites
  • Analyse failure event, distribution, behaviour, cost and risk data to determine action priorities
  • RCAs are performed, reported and acted on for all significant loss events
  • Maintenance Tactics and Task Lists are continuously improved, based on data and analysis
  • Enables the effectiveness of Condition Monitoring maintenance tactics

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • At least 5 years of Reliability Engineering Experience and prior management/leadership experience
  • Advanced maintenance work process knowledge and experience.
  • Advanced SAP/AMT maintenance planning and scheduling knowledge.
  • Knowledge of parts inventory management, and mechanical and electrical equipment design reliability principles.
  • Basic knowledge of Statistical Process Control and Six Sigma methodology (DMAIC).
