Key Outputs

• Generate parts and service turnover

• Manage and maintain the data integrity (customer and machine master data: contacts, visits, machine population etc.) in the CRM (SAP & C4C) System

• Manage the branch/depot/regions sales representatives, Sales funnel alignment with marketing campaigns

• Execute Forecast Reports to the Product Support Team

• CVA Administration, Effective self-management, and performance ownership

• Assist in CRM (C4C) data capturing, maintenance, and analysis

• Maintaining an accurate customer account database; PSSR/CSC agent allocation and customer industry code

• Updating and completeness of AMT data as it pertains to component forecasting

• Monitor component review status in AMT, identify exceptions and action accordingly

• Liaise with Central Demand Planning Team regarding CPRO orders placed by region

• General administration and management of the department

• Achievement of a team environment that enables maximum productivity and profitability

• Ensure completeness of AMT data

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

• Minimum Requirements: Grade 12.
• 2 Years relevant business experience (technical/mechanical/sales environment a bonus
• High competence in Microsoft Office SAP and CRM exposure
