• Parts ordering (Planning and releasing on CRM)

• An understanding of relevant processes and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).

• Provide administrative support to service operations. Resolve service queries

• Provide feedback to customers with their Backorders status. SAP & CRM Knowledge (Must Have)

• Assist customers in identifying the correct parts on SIS 2.0

• Accurately capture relevant data on the job.

• Accountable to manage open sales orders to customers and deliver in shortest possible time-period.

• Comply with all safety and security rules and policies.

• Determine availability of parts from JDC, Regions and Overseas parts to supply chain to provide accurate information to customers and correctly reflect OTIF date upon releasing of parts. Log CID tickets with CAT to improve lead-time to customers.

• Select appropriate order reason to order parts from supplier considering cut off times, order priorities and additional charges.

• Action workflow messages immediately upon receipt, re-order parts if required and inform customers accordingly.

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

• Grade 12

• Knowledge of SAP and CRM

• Attention to detail, persuasive, resilience.

• Effective communication.

• Strong work ethics & Team player

• Good business communication and interpersonal skills.

• Computer Literate (sound Microsoft office knowledge)
